We collect trip details, traveller names, dates of birth, passport numbers and an email address to produce a quote and (in live mode) a policy. Passport numbers are encrypted at rest. They are never placed in URLs, analytics or log lines.

Access to an order uses a short-lived signed link exchanged for a session cookie. We do not offer public lookup by passport number. Retention, processors and the country of storage will be published with the live operator.
