FAQ · Q065
Why was my payment declined?
Banks decline payments for blocked online purchases, exceeded limits or failed 3‑D Secure. Contact your bank or seller with the transaction ID to resolve the issue; do not attempt to bypass restrictions.
A bank may decline a payment because internet purchases are blocked, the available limit is exceeded, or 3‑D Secure authentication failed. Contact your bank or the seller’s support with the transaction identifier to determine the exact reason. Do not attempt to bypass declines by submitting false addresses or payment details; follow bank guidance to restore legitimate authorization or use an alternative approved payment method.
