Can I extend my insurance while in Russia?
You can extend only if the insurer allows it and you apply before coverage ends; extensions don’t cover pre‑existing events or extend legal stay.
Extension from within Russia is possible only if the insurer’s contract permits on‑country extensions and you apply before the current coverage ends. Arrange the extension through the insurer or seller and obtain a new or amended policy document; extensions generally do not cover illnesses or events that started before the extension request. Extending insurance does not alter your legal right to stay in Russia — check immigration rules separately. Our DEMO product cannot be extended and is for illustration only.
